Dan is a serial entrepreneur, having founded companies at the intersection of emerging media monetization and distribution for the past 15 years. Prior to entering the OTT Video Space, Dan co-founded a number of companies in the ad tech space. 
In 2008, Dan alongside Krish, launched Mojiva, a pioneering mobile ad network and Mocean Mobile, a market leading mobile ad technology platform which was acquired by Pubmatic/PUBM in 2014. 
After the Mojiva acquisition, Dan launched Dandelion, an ad platform for marketplaces which was acquired by Metric Collectic. Replay CEO Krish Arvapally is a serial tech entrepreneur, having launched his first startup at 16. Krish co-founded and held CTO & CPO roles at Mojiva and MoceanMobile, where he pioneered the first mobile digital ads platforms generating over 10000+ QPS, which was acquired by Pubmatic (PUBM – NASDAQ); Krish was also the co-founder and CTO of Unreel – an OTT video streaming platform/stack for content owners recently acquired by Powr.TV (now acquired by BitCentral in Jan 2022), where he built core video infrastructure and live streaming systems. With a Ph.D. in computer science, Claus has worked as a researcher and technical lead for Hewlett-Packard, before founding his first company, Dezide, a software company with a focus on Artificial Intelligence for diagnostics and troubleshooting. After heading Dezide as CEO for 12 years, Claus has both started and taken part in several successful ventures and also worked as an advisor and mentor for many research-based startups. In 2018 he co-founded and has since been the CEO of DigiShares, a FinTech tokenization software company with subsidiaries in both Europe and the US, specializing in the issuance and ongoing management of tokenized securities. He is a believer in the vision behind blockchain technology and works to increase the democratization, disintermediation, and self-sovereignty of assets. 
 
Whilst having a career as a serial entrepreneur, Claus has also devoted much time to helping and guiding student startups and developing and managing incubators, while being employed in the Aalborg University Innovation incubator, an incubator that helps around 80-100 startup companies every year. Claus is an experienced public speaker, writer, and published author, and has contributed chapters, knowledge, and insights to several books and publications on blockchain technology and the tokenization of assets. Claus has also taught several masterclasses on the tokenization of real assets, real estate, use cases for tokenization software, and the tokenization ecosystem.

Facundo Werning is a 21-year-old Argentine who grew up in NYC and Connecticut. He is an economist who has been professionally involved in crypto since 2020 and following it as a passion since 2015, his background is in Venture Capital having previously been on the Investment Banking path. Facundo currently leads Zokyo in the Americas for both Ventures and CyberSecurity. This involves being pitched to, curating, and reaching out to protocols and foundations in crypto for both investing as well as supporting. Facundo also works on varying side-projects at Zokyo.
 
Hartej Sawhney is the CEO and Founder of Zokyo Labs. As a crypto industry pioneer, he has played a key role in elevating standards in the crypto ecosystem and introduced products and services that set the industry benchmark for blockchain security, engineering, transparency, and compliance.
