Intellectual Property and Law in the Emerging Web3 with Peter Willsey

In this episode, Jay speaks with Peter Willsey of Brown Rudnick, and Roanie Levy of Access Copyright. They discuss the challenges of emerging technology, law, and intellectual property. Peter Willsey shares his optimism about the future of blockchain and advises best practices for buying and selling NFTs. He talks about anonymity and decentralization in Web3 and how it makes enforcing laws challenging. He also discusses the need to educate legislators so that alternatively congress can focus on how to better enforce the current laws versus creating new laws.
